Cubit is seeking a talented Mid/Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Android development to create innovative and user-friendly applications.
Essential Skills
Experience with native IOS development with swift is a big plus.
You're curious about new technologies and you're excited to find ways to implement them in your work.
Experience with Jetpack compose for UI design and development
Experience with Kotlin coroutine or RxJava for concurrency management.
Experience with real time communication with sockets.
Experience with Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, and other Google services is a plus.
Desirable Skills
Proficient in Java and Kotlin for Android.
Solid understanding of the Android platform, SDK and AndroidX libraries and tools.
You should be able to make use of standard libraries and APIs
Experience with mobile app design and user interface (UI) development.
Understanding of Google's material design principles
Understanding of some common mobile app architectures like, MVVM, MVI
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON, and integrating mobile applications with back-end services and APIs.
Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques and security and encryption techniques.
Experience with version Git.
Experience with automation testing, debugging, and deployment.
Experience with writing CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
